Course Overview
Hybrid and Electric Vehicles :
The Hybrid and Electric Vehicles (HEV/EV) internship program provides a comprehensive understanding of modern automotive technologies focused on sustainable and energy-efficient transportation. This program covers the fundamentals of electric mobility, hybrid systems, battery technologies, and vehicle control systems.
During the internship, participants gain hands-on exposure to electric vehicle architecture, battery management systems (BMS), motor control, and power electronics. Interns also explore real-world applications of EV technology and its role in reducing environmental impact.
Interns will:
- Understand fundamentals of hybrid and electric vehicle systems
- Learn about battery technologies (Li-ion), charging systems, and energy storage
- Study electric motors, controllers, and power electronics
- Explore vehicle control systems and regenerative braking
- Work on concepts related to energy efficiency and sustainability
- Gain knowledge of EV charging infrastructure and smart mobility
By the end of the internship, participants will have a strong foundation in EV technologies, practical understanding of vehicle systems, and readiness for careers in Automotive Engineering, EV Technology, and Sustainable Mobility.
